Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Clerk of Works role or similar.

• Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction progress and quality, reporting any issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain records of completed work.
