Job description

Manage day-to-day site operations, including supervising and monitoring the labor force and subcontractors.

Prepare and submit RFIs, track their status, and update the database accordingly.

Review and analyze construction and shop drawings, and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve drawing-related issues.

Ensure all materials used and work performed comply with the specifications in the drawings.

Assist in the preparation and submission of method statements.

Execute site work efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Prepare and maintain site documentation and reports as required.

Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors, and the project workforce.

Communicate effectively with clients and their representatives, including attending regular meetings.

Perform additional tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience; prior experience in building projects is an advantage.

Strong ability to review and analyze drawings is highly preferred.

Familiarity with Malaysia’s construction standards, design policies, and quality inspection requirements.
