Site Engineer
Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise site operation and work progress.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities of construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers, on the works sequent, quality of work, material usage and machinery usage.
  • Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise.
  • Monitor site operations against the project timeline / work schedule provided.
  • Plan a purchase schedule according to the site progress and Bill of Quantities (BoQ) provided, to ensure better preparation for timely delivery.
  • Monitor and schedule materials delivery and machinery mobilization on time to avoid delays and cost impact.
  • Collaborate with project manager and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, government authorities, subcontractors and/or suppliers to ensure smooth communication and seamless delivery when required.
  • Attend project meetings and deliver clear progress updates.
  • Liaise with consultants and clients for detailed drawing, specifications and variation orders.
  • Manage and resolve defective complaints raised by clients.
  • Conduct progress claim evaluation with quality surveyor and assist in making claims for progress payment.
  • Verify and attend to site progress claim evaluation by main contractors.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on the construction site.
Qualifications Required
  • Certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry
  • Able to travel outstation when required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirement
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
Project Manager
Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management from initiation through completion.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, government authorities, subcontractors and/or suppliers to ensure smooth communication and seamless delivery.
  • Facilitate project meetings and deliver clear progress updates.
  • Develop comprehensive project timelines, work schedules, and project monitoring frameworks.
  • Track project progress by implementing and monitoring the weekly programme so that the overall project programme is achieved as per schedule.
  • Prepare regular status reports for management and clients.
  • Administer contracts, monitor claims, and ensure full compliance with all contractual obligations.
  • Manage resource allocation and implement effective cost-control measures to maintain profitability.
  • Review and verify project drawings, technical specifications and Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for feasibility and accuracy.
  • Verify and approve Purchase Requisition, and monitor the purchase progressively to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Oversee all on-site and off-site construction activities to ensure adherence to all safety, health, environmental (SHE), and CIDB requirements.
  • Proactively anticipate project risks, technical challenges, and delays; resolve them with effective solutions to mitigate cost impacts.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • At least 5 years experience in project management within the construction/engineering industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication and management skills.
  • Sound knowledge of contracts, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
Accountant
Job Responsibilities
  • Monitors financial performance, providing analysis and recommendations to improve profitability.
  • Ensure effective cash flow management by overseeing financial resources and investments so that liquidity and business operations are maintained.
  • Prepares and manages annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Tracks budget performance, identifies variances, and implements corrective actions.
  • Oversees the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Analyzes financial data to identify risks and opportunities, presenting findings to senior management.
  • Ensures compliance with local financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Ensures risk mitigation by managing investments and assessing financial risks so that potential negative impacts on the business are minimised.
  • Ensures strong leadership within the finance team by mentoring and guiding staff so that a high-performing and motivated team is developed.
  • Reviews work prepared by team members, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
  • Implements cost control measures to optimize expenditures while maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborates with operational teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Manages internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate provision of documentation.
  • Addresses audit findings and ensures implementation of recommended improvements.
  • Ensures support for company initiatives by participating in and executing additional tasks and strategic projects assigned by the company so that overall business objectives are met and flexibility in leadership is maintained.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MIA, CPA or ACCA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, strategic planning, and risk management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Senior Draughtsman
Job Responsibilities
  • Calculate dimensions, weight limitations, and material requirements to ensure practical and efficient designs.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure designs meet required standards and specifications.
  • Prepare and review rough sketches with the project team, refining designs before final approval.
  • Ensure all drawings are checked and approved by the Project Manager for smooth workflow.
  • Manage complex drafting tasks and assist in problem-solving for design challenges.
  • Conduct site visits when necessary to measure and sketch existing or proposed structures.
  • Prepare and review proposal, tender construction, and shop drawings according to specifications.
  • Coordinate and prepare necessary submission drawings for local authorities or clients, ensuring compliance with requirements.
  • Regularly update and ensure compliance with local authority or client specifications and regulations.
  • Prepare preliminary and construction drawings for clients and contractors, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Develop conceptual drawings based on general information from clients and contractors.
  • Mentor and supervise junior draughtsmen, ensuring high-quality work and skill development.
  • Oversee and execute tasks to meet deadlines and project objectives.
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system, ensuring proper documentation of all project correspondences and exchanges.
Qualifications Required
  • Ability to operate computer-aided design (CAD) software with general computer skills and manual drafting workstations.
  • Knowledge in AUTOCAD is essential and familiarity with other software such as Microsoft Word, Excel & etc is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the design and production of steel/metal construction material or similar products is highly desirable.
  • Have a good command of spoken and written English, Malay and Chinese / Cantonese.
