Job summary

A construction management firm is seeking a professional to assist the Project Manager with daily activities on-site. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in building construction or civil engineering and a bachelor's degree or diploma in the relevant field. Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining documentation. The position is located in Johor Bahru and is open to Malaysian citizens who can work independently.

Job description

To assist the Project Manager to manage and execute daily activity on site.

To execute daily/weekly target as set by Project Manager.

Supervise activities executed by all sub-contractors and manage the allocation of resources to all sub-contractors.

Compliance with the enforcement with regard to QA& QC Standard Operation Procedure & Sub-con agreement.

Verification and certification of sub-contractor work done on-site.

Maintain and control documentation.

Safety compliance.

Other requirements as set by management.

Requirements

At least a Degree or Diploma in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years experience.

Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.

Able to work independently to maintain high standards and accuracy.

Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
