What you'll do:
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on sales leads.
  • Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Be able to handle customer enquiries and complaints.
  • Keeping up with product information and updates.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
  • The position requires availability to work on Weekends and Public Holidays as part of retail operation requirement.
What you need:
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience is preferable. However, fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven with good interpersonal skills.
  • Team-player, independent with high level of commitment and integrity.
  • Outgoing with a pleasant and positive attitude.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Added language fluency will be an advantage.
