About the role

Kufong Therapy Centre Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our retail store in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a full‑time role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, ensuring efficient and profitable operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the overall operations of the retail store, including staff supervision, inventory control, and financial management.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive store performance and maximise revenue.
• Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to implement corporate policies and initiatives.
• Analyse store performance data and provide regular Broker reports to senior management.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of store associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
