Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
• Liaise with Sales admin on order delivery schedules and transport modes.
• Communicate with freight forwarders and logistic service providers for arranging shipments.
• Update delivery status in progress status report.
• Prepare quarterly finished goods report for customs office submission.
• Manage Export documentation and customs clearance for international shipments.
• Verify invoices from local transporter on a monthly basis.

Overview

The Shipping officer is responsible for managing and coordinating the shipment of finished goods from the manufacturing facility to domestic and international customers. This role ensures all outbound logistics activities are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
• To liaise with Sales admin on orders delivery schedule and modes of transport
• Communicate with TROX freight forwarders, transporters, and logistic service providers to arrange shipments.
• To update delivery status in progress status report.
• To prepare quarterly finished goods report for purchasing department submission to customs office.
• Manage Export documentation and customs clearance for international shipments.
• To verify invoices from local transporter on monthly basis.
