The role requires a minimum of STPM/Diploma/Degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in logistics or safety coordination. Qualifications

• Minimum STPM/Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in shipping/logistics and/or OSH coordination.
• Good understanding of Malaysian customs procedures and workplace safety regulations.
• Safety certification (e.g., Yellow Book, NEBOSH, OSHA) is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly/annual customs reports and LMW renewal applications.
• Liaise with customs and maintain positive professional relationships.
• Oversee fire safety compliance including fire certificate renewal and equipment maintenance.
• Organize safety meetings, safety audits, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Arrange and track inbound/outbound shipments and prepare shipping documentation.

Apply for exemptions for unlisted import items and manage scrap disposal certification.

Liaise with customs and maintain positive professional relationships.

Arrange and track inbound/outbound shipments, prepare shipping documentation, and coordinate with carriers.

OSH Coordination & Regulatory Compliance

Ensure all factory and machinery licences (PPA, PMA) are valid and renewed on time.

Report and investigate workplace accidents, prepare reports for DOSH, and coordinate inspections.

Organize safety meetings, safety audits, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Liaise with DOE for monthly effluent discharge monitoring, scheduled waste disposal, and E-SWISS updates.

Oversee fire safety compliance including fire certificate renewal and equipment maintenance.

Apply for Suruhanjaya Tenaga licence renewals for import and electrical rooms.
