Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold a diploma or degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, have at least 2 years of experience, and be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.
• Good knowledge of import/export documentation, customs regulations, and Incoterms.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and customers on shipment arrangements.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices and bills of lading.
• Track and monitor shipment movement to ensure on-time delivery.
