Requirements

• Ability to master the data center’s distribution, HVAC, and low-current systems after training and probation period.
• Basic fault diagnosis and troubleshooting skills in at least one system area (distribution / HVAC / low-current).
• Proficiency in Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential for technical communication and system operation.
• Able to work 7×24 rotating shifts.
• Strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness, and teamwork.

Hiring 2 Positions: 1 based in Kulai Data Center & 1 based in Gelang Patah

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the execution of daily operational tasks such as monitoring, alarm handling, inspection, maintenance, operation, emergency response, system changes, and construction of data center infrastructure.
• Monitor all infrastructure systems during duty shifts, report alarms promptly, perform quick fault verification, and update the duty supervisor on results.
• Conduct regular inspections, record inspection data accurately, and report any abnormalities immediately.
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of data center infrastructure, ensuring proper documentation and timely escalation of issues.
• Supervise on-site construction or maintenance works to ensure compliance with safety regulations and alignment with approved construction orders.
• Participate in system drills and operational changes to enhance technical knowledge and maintenance capabilities.
• Maintain detailed operational logs, reports, and handover notes to ensure all data and information are complete and accurate.
• Follow superior’s instructions precisely, adjusting system parameters and equipment operation as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors for smooth operation of all infrastructure systems.
• Ability to read and understand Chinese is required, as certain system interfaces, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are in Chinese.
• Perform other assigned duties to ensure continuous and safe data center operations.
