Job Description
  • Manage HR operations scope including payroll processing, employee requests, HR tickets, and approval workflows in line with policies, SOPs, and governance standards.
  • Handle employee and manager queries, provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and process personnel actions accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with country statutory laws and support HRBPs, CoEs, and business units on payroll and HR operational matters.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to align with legal and best practice standards.
  • Deliver excellent stakeholder service and ensure timely completion of year-end and audit activities.
  • Train and coach team members on HR processes and maintain accurate employee data for compliance.
  • Support HR projects, system implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
