Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in service management role within power generation and Oil & Gas industries.
• Proven experience in implementing and driving service strategies, with P&L responsibility.
• Experience in handling a multicultural team across Asia is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creating and driving implementation of service strategy.
• Ensuring strategic plans are implemented consistently in the service organization.
• Driving and monitoring performance targets as part of the unit P&L.
