Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints and feedback in a polite and efficient manner
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant service area
• Perform daily duties according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with ad-hoc tasks when required
• Supervise and ensure subordinates comply with SOP and service standards

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Willing to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Willing to be re-allocated to different outlets if required
• Able to work independently and handle long working hours
