Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional and courteous assistance
Actively listen to customer concerns and requirements, and provide solutions that address their needs
Accurately assess and document vehicle issues, and liaise with the technical team to coordinate repairs
Maintain clear and regular communication with customers throughout the service process
Process customer payments and handle cash and card transactions
Assist with inventory management and ensure adequate parts and supplies are available
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and standards
Previous experience in a customer service or automotive service advisor role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve customer issues
Proficient in using automotive service software and computer systems
A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
