Join Indah Utara Auto Service Centre Sdn. Bhd. as a Service Admin, where you’ll provide vital administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage service-related administrative tasks such as job cards, invoices, and customer records
  • Coordinate between the service advisors, workshop team, and parts department
  • Handle customer calls, appointment bookings, and service follow-ups
  • Prepare daily and monthly service performance reports
  • Ensure all documents are properly filed and updated in the system
  • Support the Service Manager in daily operational needs
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business, Administration, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative or service support (automotive preferred)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Organized, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
