Job summary

A leading logistics firm in Malaysia is seeking a WMS Implementation Specialist with at least 5 years of experience in Third-Party Logistics (3PL). You will be responsible for the implementation and support of warehouse management systems, ensuring effective solutions are delivered. Candidates should have a background in computer studies and strong command of SQL, CRM reporting, and B2B/B2C technologies. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting WMS systems, preferably in a 3PL environment.
• Good knowledge of B2B and B2C integration technologies.
• Excellent in SQL command, data analysis, and database design.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for WMS and functional implementation including system configuration.
• Lead conversation with stakeholders for process mapping.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues encountered by users.
