Job summary

A leading IT services company seeks a Cloud Managed Services Engineer (L3) in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of VDI related L3 experience.
• Experience in Engineering function within a medium to large ICT organization.
• Experience of Managed Services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows and Linux operating systems within virtualized environments.
• Configure and maintain Remote Desktop Services (RDS).
• Conduct disaster recovery (DR) planning and testing.
