Job description:
Department: BD Maintenance
Working Days: 5 days per week
- Carry out daily preventive maintenance tasks assigned by the superior/Manager.
- Perform troubleshooting, repair and servicing for:
- Electrical and lighting systems
- Roller shutters & dock levellers
- Air-conditioning systems
- Civil works (tiling, painting, minor carpentry)
- Plumbing and sanitary systems
- Assist in troubleshooting and corrective works.
- Support/assist contractors/vendors during on-site works.
- Record and update daily maintenance checklists and job completion reports.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards during all maintenance activities.
- Perform any maintenance-related tasks assigned by superior, including office arrangement, office repair, and general facility upkeep.
- Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory
Requirements:
- Certificate in Chargeman / Wireman / Building Maintenance (advantage).
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in building or facility maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical, air-conditioning, roller shutters, plumbing, and general facilities.
- Hands-on, hardworking, and willing to learn.
- Able to work both independently and in a team.
- Physically fit and able to work in various environments.
- Pro-active and strong problem-solving mindset.
- Communicate and coordinate between internal or external parties.
