Responsibilities include performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on Zeekr electric vehicles while ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety protocols. Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on Zeekr EVs.
Handle complex cases involving high-voltage systems, battery, motor, ADAS, and software-related issues.
Ensure all repair work meets Zeekr technical standards and safety requirements.
Act as technical reference for junior technicians and service advisors.
Guide, coach, and upskill technicians on EV systems, tools, and repair procedures.
Support Technical Supervisor in resolving repeated or critical technical issues.
Conduct final checks on completed repair jobs before vehicle release.
Ensure accurate job documentation, diagnostic reports, and repair records.
Comply strictly with EV safety protocols, high-voltage handling, and workshop SOPs.
Optimize repair processes to reduce turnaround time without compromising quality.
Coordinate with parts department to ensure correct and timely parts usage.
Support workshop productivity targets and service KPIs.
Assist in warranty diagnosis, root cause analysis, and technical documentation.
Work closely with Warranty Supervisor on claim validation and supporting evidence.
Escalate technical issues to Zeekr HQ when required, with clear diagnostic data.
Attend Zeekr technical training, certification programs, and product updates.
Share technical updates and best practices with the workshop team.
Stay current with EV technology, diagnostics tools, and service bulletins.
Diploma / Certificate in Automotive, EV Technology, or Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years’ experience as a technician; EV or high-voltage experience is strongly preferred.
Strong diagnostic skills and hands-on experience with scan tools and EV systems.
Safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and capable of handling complex technical cases.
