Job summary

A leading agricultural firm in Johor is seeking a Sales Executive to drive market demand for fertilisers and cultivation products. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Diploma in Agriculture and at least 5 years of relevant sales experience. Responsibilities include visiting farms, conducting product trials, and establishing strong relationships with dealers and customers. The role requires willingness to travel and a self-driven attitude to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s in Agriculture / Biology / Chemistry or similar.
  • At least 5 years of relevant sales experience in agriculture / fertilisers / crop protection.
  • Good connections with dealers / distributors / plantations / major customers.
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
  • Strong technical understanding of agricultural products and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work independently.
Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Visit estates and farms to conduct promotions and technical extension services aside from serving present and new dealers.
  • Conduct trials with present and new products for future registration requirements if the need arises, and convince estates and farmers to accept our products.
  • Improve market demand of our products.
  • Organise and join promotional events when requested.
  • Fully cover North Johor, and assist / coordinate with a colleague to cover South Johor.
  • Self‑driven and disciplined to create an action plan and act on it.
  • May be required to work in other states as and when the need arises.
