This hybrid role demands collaboration with sales and engineering teams to produce competitive, accurate proposals.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in automation and control systems across industrial and energy sectors.
• More than 8 years' experience coordinating and delivering complex Bids & Proposals, including large multi-discipline tenders.
• Extensive exposure to Power Generation, LNG Regasification, Water, Wastewater.

Responsibilities

• Develop controls, automation, and digital solution proposals for Power & Water, Oil & Gas.
• Generate and shape proposal solutions based on process requirements and industry standards.
• Prepare technical proposals, compliance matrices, and solution descriptions aligned with best practices.
