We are hiring an AI cum Technical Manager to lead Industry 4.0 initiatives by driving AI‑led transformation across manufacturing operations. This role focuses on predictive technologies, automation, quality, and supply chain optimization to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Predictive Maintenance: Implement AI models using sensor data (vibration, temperature, etc.) to proactively reduce downtime by 20–50%
• Quality Control: Deploy computer vision solutions for real‑time defect detection beyond human accuracy
• Supply Chain Optimization: Use AI for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics resilience
• Automation & Robotics: Implement RPA and collaborative robots (cobots) for efficient human–machine collaboration
• Process Optimization: Develop digital twins to optimize energy usage, reduce waste, and improve throughput

Strategic & Leadership Focus:

• Build and manage data pipelines integrating IoT, ERP, and production systems
• Define and track KPIs (e.g., 30% reduction in downtime)
