Senior Team Lead for AR / Credit Controller

ROTI SEDAP SDN. BHD. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead for AR / Credit Controller to join our team in Klang, Selangor. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in managing our accounts receivable and credit control processes, ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments and maintaining strong customer relationships.

What you'll be doing

Responsible for the entire accounts receivable function, including invoicing, statement generation, and credit monitoring

Proactively follow up with customers on outstanding payments, negotiating payment plans and resolving any disputes

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information in our financial systems

Collaborate with the finance team to identify and mitigate credit risks

Assist in the preparation of various financial reports and analyses

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients

Support the implementation of credit control policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit control, preferably in the Accounting industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively

Proficient in using financial software and data analysis tools

Demonstrable experience in credit risk assessment and customer relationship management

A team player with a proactive and meticulous approach to work
