Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a swimming coach, preferably with a focus on working with swimmers of varying abilities.
• Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, training methods, and competitive swimming rules and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire swimmers.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured swimming lessons and training programmes.
• Provide one-on-one and group coaching to swimmers, tailoring your approach to individual needs.
