Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client projects, ensuring successful delivery of consultancy services and training programs.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to clients and senior management.
• Analyze client requirements, identify challenges, and develop tailored solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, providing expertise and ensuring the quality of project outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of projects.
• Provide strategic advice on business challenges, operational improvements, and capacity building.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and seminars for clients to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term engagement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative solutions to clients.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Senior Project Manager.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability or any related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in project consultancy and training, with a proven track record of leading client projects.
• Strong experience in preparing and delivering presentations, reports, and training materials.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
