Qualifications

• Degree holder in Engineering, Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment, focus on operations and supply chain management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, ERP and supply chain systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain operations including production planning, inventory control, logistics and shipping.
• Implement planning and improvement systems (MPS, JIT, MRP, Lean Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and improve OTIF performance.
• Develop and standardize SOPs based on industry best practices.
• Create effective replenishment models to balance cost, lead time, quality and inventory optimization.
• Oversee inventory across all stages and manage slow-moving stocks.
• Drive process automation and digitalization initiatives.
