Overview

In your new role you will:

• Support & coordinate the IT solution rollout/implementation.
• Support user requirements gathering and hand over to service provider, ensuring delivery to users with good quality.
• Be involved in IT solution development using ABAP, testing and release, as well as relevant documents preparation.
• Participate in project as project member to support project work packages and deliveries.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, or any equivalent course.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in 2nd and 3rd level SAP WM functional support or relevant experience in Warehouse solution and processes.
• Good logical thinking, analytical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Good interpersonal skills, people-oriented, and able to work independently.
