Your Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our Nursing Care Centre. The ideal candidate will be a nurse with Geriatric Care, Oncology, Medical & Surgical Ward, to provide high‑quality patient care, support daily operations, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to support recovery and well‑being.
  • Monitor and accurately record patient vital signs and medical information.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
  • Work closely with patients, families, and the nursing team to ensure holistic and compassionate care.
  • Supervise and guide healthcare assistants in delivering daily patient support.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure patient safety at all times and promote a safe healthcare environment. Uphold strict compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory protocols.
  • Professional Development: Participate in training and development activities to maintain and enhance clinical skills. Support the integration of alternative therapies as part of holistic patient rehabilitation.
Requirements
  • Education:
    • Diploma in Nursing or a related field (e.g., Geriatric Care, Oncology, Medical & Surgical Ward).
    • Valid Nursing License (APC for year 2025 – 2026).
    • With or without Post‑basic.
  • Experience:
    • Experienced in a healthcare setting as registered nurse.
    • Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.
    • In‑Service Trainer Certification or experience as Infection Control Link Nurse / Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) Champion (advantage, upgraded post may be considered).
    • BLS/ALS certification (advantage).
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Good time management, observation, and organizational abilities.
    • Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is an advantage.
    • Compassionate, patient‑focused, and a strong team player.
    • Open to incorporating alternative medicine and therapies in patient rehabilitation.
