Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Solution Analyst to join our IT Solution Delivery team on a 1-year Contract. The role will focus on delivering high-quality solutioning for cross-functional change requests and projects across consumer, product, digital, and billing domains. You will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring requirements are accurately translated into effective and scalable system solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- End-to-End Solutioning: Lead and manage the solution design of medium to complex change requests (CRs) and projects from initiation to deployment, including feasibility study, impact analysis, and effort estimation.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and validate functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- System Design: Produce solution design documents (FRS/SRS), aligning with architecture standards and ensuring maintainability, performance, and compliance.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Liaise with developers, testers, architects, and vendors to align on solution delivery and implementation approach.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Provide consultation and support to business units on system capabilities, change impacts, and proposed solutions.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all project artefacts, such as FRS, SRS, test scope, and UAT sign-offs, are completed in accordance with internal standards.
- Mentoring: Guide and support junior analysts in the team, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in the solutioning process, tools, or templates to drive efficiency and quality.
About You
- Minimum Degree / Master’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / Electrical & Electronic / Telecommunication or equivalent.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in IT business or solution analysis, preferably in the telecommunications domain, digital platform application and web and cloud services experience.
- Proven experience in handling cross-functional CRs or projects involving multiple systems and vendors.
- Strong experience in producing high-quality documentation (FRS, SRS, interface specs).
- Familiarity with CRM, Prepaid & Postpaid, Billing, Mobile App, or Order Management systems is a plus.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, change request lifecycle, and system integration concepts.
