Responsibilities

• Provide pre and post sales services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain good working relationships with customers by providing solutions and advice based on clients’ needs and requirements.
• Prepare proposals, solution demonstrations, and follow up with customers.
• Review project specifications, schematic drawings and product selection for proposals.
• Explore and develop new business opportunities.
• Support software technical assistance for Automation / Smart Manufacturing and Smart Cities.
• Provide technical support for DFSI & customers based in Malaysia.
• Project management: coordinate internal operations for delivery dates, partner negotiations, sales co‑visits and ensure that sales commitments on technical points are deliverable.
• Provide software technical support, including WISE‑PaaS, to the ASEAN region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least five years’ experience in technical support and after‑sales services.
• Strong knowledge of industrial protocols, system integration and basic wiring.
• Knowledge of SCADA systems and industrial protocols is an added advantage.
• Passionate, meticulous and tech‑savvy.
• Enthusiastic about learning new technology and committed to customer service.
• Strong creativity and clear understanding of system architecture to generate solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Analytical, self‑motivated, and a good team player.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English proficiency in both speaking and writing is required; proficiency in Mandarin is an added value.
