Our mission is to develop new apps and fine-tune our apps by making them more intuitive, efficient, and more robust in design. To achieve this, we need your technical & team management experience and skills. Are you up for this challenge?

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

You are going to join our team that’s developing web and mobile applications. Your major responsibility is to oversee and manage design, development, deployment and administration.

Play an integral part in the designing, building and scaling of our applications.

Create well-organized plans and provide time and resource estimates.

Effectively manage the day-to-day operations and collaboration of our internal team of programmers as well as manage and liaise with our counterparts on the development of our applications.

Manage the software deployment process and operational effectiveness of the team.

Monitor code quality and ensure coding standards are met.

Coach and advance the technical and personal growth of team members.

Work closely with our project manager to turn our visions into reality.

Be responsible on the overall end to end software development aspect

HERE'S THE SKILLS WE'D LKE YOU TO HAVE:

Robust understanding of software engineering best practices and full software development life cycle.

Experience in development of mobile apps will be a good advantage.

Proficient in modern programming languages, use of APIs and tools.

Proficiency in developing complex hierarchy-based permission systems to control actions based on user-role.

Experience with cloud-based architecture and systems.

Familiarity with both Windows and Linux based operating systems.

Experienced in real time application development, and reactive and event-driven UI (content-editable) development.

More than 7 years of working experience in relevant field.
