Job description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality software solutions across web and system applications.

Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and design patterns.

Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to build well‑integrated applications.

Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimizations.

Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full‑stack of applications.

Technical Leadership

Serve as the go‑to person for technical decision‑making and best practices.

Provide mentorship to junior developers and oversee technical architecture.

Define software development standards, processes, and tools for the team.

Work closely with QA engineers to improve testing automation and code quality.

Coordinate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.

DevOps & Infrastructure Management

Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes.

Oversee cloud infrastructure, server hosting, and application scalability (AliCloud, AWS, Azure, GCP).

Ensure system security, penetration testing, and data protection compliance.

Troubleshoot server issues, deployment failures, and infrastructure bottlenecks.

Automate repetitive infrastructure and deployment tasks where possible.

Manage domain registration, DNS configurations, and SSL certificates.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in backend development (Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or similar).
• Experience in frontend development (React, Vue.js, Angular, or similar).
• Strong understanding of software architecture and API development.
• Database management experience (SQL & NoSQL, indexing, and optimization).
• Hands‑on experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Strong understanding of security best practices, authentication, and data protection.
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) is a plus.
