Job summary

A chemicals trading company based in Shah Alam seeks a Sales Executive to manage existing accounts and cultivate new client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and preparing tailored sales presentations. A degree in a related field and at least 2 years of sales experience are required. Good communication skills and multilingual abilities (preferably in Malay, English, and Mandarin) are preferred. Benefits include commission and various perks.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain Existing Accounts: Nurture and manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty; address any concerns or issues raised by clients promptly and effectively.
  • Develop New Client Relationships: Actively prospect and identify potential clients to expand the customer base; initiate and build strong, positive relationships with new clients.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Set and work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; continuously assess and adjust sales strategies to meet or exceed goals.
  • Create High-Quality Sales Presentations: Prepare compelling and professional sales presentations to showcase products/services; tailor presentations to address the specific needs and preferences of potential clients.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Engage in negotiations with clients to finalize terms, pricing, and contractual agreements; ensure that contracts align with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process; address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction post‑sales.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Possess a Degree or Diploma in any related field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related or similar field.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Working experience in Chemical industry is an added advantage.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and a committed work attitude.
  • Preference will be given to multilingual candidates (i.e., Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin).
  • Applicants must have reliable transportation.
  • Working hours from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
