Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Reporting To: CEO / Head of Sales
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: RM 4,000 – RM 4,500
- Car Park Subsidy: RM 200/month
- Mileage Claim: RM 0.80/km (when travelling is required)
Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for MIM Training Programmes (In-House / Public).
- Understand client training needs and propose suitable solutions, including customised programs.
- Deliver impactful presentations, demos, and proposals to decision-makers.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic client acquisition and pipeline development.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Provide ongoing support and strategic guidance to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively source leads through networking, referrals, cold-calling, events, and digital platforms.
- Represent MIM at industry events, seminars, and conferences to promote training programmes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.

Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and revenue forecasts using CRM (Pipedrive).
- Prepare weekly activity reports and update sales funnel progress.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.

Other Duties
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in training, education, membership or professional services.
- Proven consultative selling skills and ability to craft tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with HRDF-claimable programmes or L&D frameworks in Malaysia.
- Strong networking ability within corporate L&D, HR or training departments.
- Highly motivated, independent and results‑oriented with strong ownership and accountability.
- Experience in membership-based or professional development organisations is an advantage.
