Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement data-driven sales and marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and student acquisition across local and international markets.

Spearhead innovative branding initiatives and cross-channel campaigns to strengthen institutional reputation.

Lead recruitment efforts through roadshows, career fairs, and course previews for both local and international markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, agents, institutions, and internal teams.

Provide strategic direction to student recruitment teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with academic leadership to align enrolment strategies with budget targets.

Achieve and exceed student recruitment and revenue targets.

Develop and execute marketing and communications plans to elevate institutional visibility.

Ensure compliance with policies, manage departmental budgets, and deliver accurate performance reports to senior leadership and the Board.

Job Requirements
