Senior Sales & Admin Executive - Property Coordination (NOT Sales)

We are looking for a highly organised Senior Sales & Admin Executive to support our property sales

operations. This position focuses on coordination, documentation, and stakeholder liaison — not

sales closing. You will ensure that bookings, paperwork and processes move smoothly between

internal teams, purchasers, lawyers, bankers, and agents.

Key responsibilities

Manage end-to-end sales administration for property development projects.

Oversee and coordinate unit bookings, purchaser documentation, and execution of S&P; agreements.

Liaise with appointed lawyers, bankers, and external property agents to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Monitor sales progress and team performance; prepare regular reports for management.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements for property sales. Handle customer inquiries and ensure prompt follow-up.

Maintain organised sales records and support internal audits or management reporting.

Provide executive-level support to the sales team and management.

Assist in developing SOPs and improving workflow for sales administrative functions.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in property sales administration at a senior/executive level.

Strong understanding of S&P; processes, booking systems, and real estate documentation.

Excellent organisational, coordination, and communication skills.

Proficient in digital documentation platforms and property CRM systems.

English and Mandarin proficiency required.
