A real estate management company in Gombak is seeking a candidate for property sales administration. The role involves managing the sales administration process, preparing relevant documents, and liaising with various stakeholders including solicitors and purchasers. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.
Handle the end-to-end property sales administration process using IFCA System.
Prepare, check, and process booking forms, SPA documents, letters of off and invoice in accordance with company procedures.
Liaise with solicitors, bankers, agents and purchasers on SPA signing, loan documentation, and disbursement matters.
General sales reports, collection summaries, and progress update for Management.
Handle post-sales matters including vacant possession (VP), handover scheduling and purchaser documentation.
Assist with HDA-related reporting to the Housing Ministry.
