Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ retail management experience in mobile or consumer electronics.
• Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Skilled in data analysis and familiar with user operation tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of all vivo direct retail stores in Malaysia.
• Lead recruitment, training and performance reviews for retail staff.
• Analyze Malaysian consumer behavior to support product and operational decisions.
