Mission
The Senior Replenishment Planning Manager plays a central role in delivering the objectives of the company’s major transformation initiative, Infinity, which aims to redesign supply chain operations through enhanced end‑to‑end visibility, standardization, and regional efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of short‑ and mid‑term replenishment plans across Market Companies (MCs), based on updated planning parameters (lead times, MOQ, inventory policies) and transactional data.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in intercompany order placement, aligned with demand signals, allocation priorities, and service targets.
- Maintain live visibility on stock projections to anticipate gaps and corrective actions.
- Identify supply risks and disruptions across the network; propose prioritization scenarios based on business value.
- Collaborate with Brand Companies (BCs) and the Global Supply Chain Center (GSC) to support trade‑offs and maximize regional performance.
- Escalate and resolve conflicts in cases of constrained availability or shortfalls.
- Build and monitor regional co‑packing plans in collaboration with local marketing teams and internal/external partners.
- Secure timely ordering of dry goods and packaging components in line with execution schedules.
- Monitor execution of co‑packing volumes and adjust as needed.
- Prepare consolidated replenishment inputs for ME‑level pre‑S&OP cycles.
- Ensure alignment of replenishment plans with demand, capacity, lifecycle, and inventory policies.
- Support scenario planning and performance reviews during S&OP cycles.
- Implement new processes and tools introduced through the Infinity transformation, including harmonized replenishment governance, co‑packing standards, and inventory segmentation.
- Act as a key enabler of the ME SCC operating model, embedding consistent routines and supporting cross‑market synergies.
- Contribute to the evolution of standard operating procedures (SOPs) in a regional planning context.
