Qualifications

• 2-5 years of working experience in property developer or construction company in contract or quantity surveying related works.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing tender documents, contract documents, and bill of quantities.
• Assist in quantity take-off and material calculation based on construction drawings.
• Assist in reviewing contractor and supplier progress claims and variation orders.
• Follow up on payment processes and invoice collection.
• Assist in site measurement and verification of completed quantities.
• Perform daily contract administration and document circulation.
• Assist in preparing documents for procurement and contract negotiation.
