A leading aviation maintenance organization in Shah Alam is seeking a qualified professional to conduct internal audits regarding compliance with regulations and to maintain necessary documentation. Candidates should have a degree in Engineering, preferably with an aviation background, and at least two years of experience within a maintenance organization. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, along with the ability to engage collaboratively within a high-performance team.
Periodically review the MOE and associated documents, including maintenance documents to meet the current regulatory requirements, changes in the organization or due to the audit findings.
Prepare yearly audit schedule and update accordingly when required.
Conduct internal/product/suppliers/sub‑contractors audits to ensure continuous compliance including surveillance audits and produce audit reports.
Professionally acknowledge the outcome of customer and regulatory audit. Initiate the necessary corrective and preventive actions.
File the audits record including audit reports, findings and necessary corrective and preventive actions, for both internal and external audit.
Maintain the list of certifying staff and other authorized staff including their records and update as necessary.
Maintain training records and organize in‑house training when necessary, including preparing training material.
Maintain and update list of approved suppliers/sub‑contractors/contracted organization.
Implement and/or maintain the Safety Management System including audit.
Implement and/or maintain HSE Programs and Corrective Action (CAR) Program, follow up and control any non‑conformance.
Any other ad hoc tasks or duties assigned by Dept. Manager.
Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Aviation/Aeronautical background is an requirement) or
Have at least 2 years’ experience in maintenance organization.
Profile and experience must be acceptable to key NAAs.
Experience with various NAAs (Approval application and renewals).
Possesses a combination of technical expertise, attention to detail and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft office tools and report writing.
Able to communicate and engage personnel at all levels of the organization.
Good command of English – both verbal and written.
Trained in Human Factor, Air Legislation, Safety Management System, Auditing Techniques, Root Cause Analysis, Part 145 Training (CAAM, FAA, EASA) & OSHE.
Attended relevant component/workshop training.
Ability to work and collaborate within a high-performance team culture.
Ability to work towards timelines in a positive attitude.
