A leading technology firm in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead and deliver the Master Test Strategy and Plan. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a Test Manager capacity, with a strong grasp on large IT project management and business application QA testing. Responsibilities include managing system integration testing, preparing testing documentation, and ensuring quality assurance throughout testing phases. Excellent communication skills and proficiency with test management tools are required for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Test Manager role.
• Strong understanding of large IT Project Management and QA Testing.
• Experience leading Testing for Telco Applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and deliver Master Test Strategy & Plan.
• Manage SIT, QA & UAT process to ensure quality assurance.
• Prepare reporting dashboard on overall test management.

5+ yrs. experience in a Test Manager capacity
