Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project accounting or a related financial role.
• Prior audit experience in property or construction is an advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

• Oversee and manage project budgets from setup to final analysis.
• Track and validate all project-related expenses.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify cost trends.
• Support month-end and year-end closing.
