Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Process Engineering.
• Proficiency in advanced statistical methods and data mining.
• Experience in HDR, cable or wire manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Design of Experiments (DOE) and optimize processes.
• Resolve manufacturing issues using DMAIC methods.
• Transition new cable designs into high-volume manufacturing.
• Conduct root cause analysis for incident investigations.
• Develop standardized work instructions and manufacturing practices.
• Collaborate with teams for FMEA/PFMEA risk assessments.
• Track materials and compile performance data.
