Senior Paid Dealer's Representative, RHB IB-Klang

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Paid Dealer’s Representative to join our team at RHB Investment Bank, Klang. In this role, you’ll handle trade execution, support client acquisition, maintain strong client relationships, and uphold regulatory standards. You’ll also play an active part in growing the branch’s retail equities business and strengthening overall risk management.

What you will be doing

• Execute trades for local and foreign retail equities clients.
• Carry out sales and marketing activities to attract new clients.
• Manage client portfolios by sharing market updates and maintaining strong relationships.
• Promote and cross-sell the Bank’s products to clients.
• Support branch marketing and promotional events to ensure smooth delivery.
• Review clients’ credit limits based on collateral, financial standing, and track record to reduce contra losses and enhance risk management.

What we’re looking for

• A degree or professional qualification from an institution recognized by the Government of Malaysia.
• Relevant experience in a similar industry, with strong analytical skills and solid understanding of the securities and futures market.
• Established business networks are an added advantage.
• CMSRL (Dealing in Securities) is required for successful candidates.
