Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support Quality Assurance in managing and controlling documentation.
  • Assist in coordinating with internal departments and external authorities for aircraft documentation.
  • Compile and prepare all required submission documents for Certificate of Airworthiness.
  • Handle processing of required Malaysian Aviation Bureau aircraft documents.

Requirements
  • SPM with credit in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • 0–1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in an aviation environment
  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
  • Basic proficiency in English and report writing skills
  • Effective interaction with all internal and external stakeholders
Responsibilities
  • Support Quality Assurance (QA) in managing and controlling documentation
  • Assist the Senior Executive / Executive QA in coordinating with internal departments and external authorities (e.g., CAAM, MCMC) for matters related to aircraft documentation and necessary payments
  • For initial and renewal Certificate of Airworthiness (C of A), compile and prepare all required submission documents and update aircraft logbooks with the new C of A validity and category upon issuance
  • Handle the processing including initial and renewal submission of required Malaysian Aviation Bureau (MAB) aircraft documents, including C of R, C of A, Radio Licence, network‑related service licences, ownership change, de‑registration, and export Certificate of Airworthiness
