Job summary

A leading technology company in Seberang Perai, Malaysia is seeking a Mini General Manager for New Product Development projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and expertise in project management within the hardware domain. Responsibilities include overseeing projects and leading cross-functional teams while ensuring adherence to development processes. Qualifications

• 5-10 years of total experience in relevant fields.
• 5 years of Project Management experience with new product development.
• Experience working in a global organization.
• Automotive industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take total ownership of New Product Development projects.
• Lead the Core Team toward common objectives.
• Manage project resources and negotiate constraints.
• Ensure the team operates according to the development process.
• Report out project status to the Project Approval Committee.
