Job title: Senior Marketing Executive (Events and Leads Management)
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Location: Putrajaya
Nature of Business: B2B Network and Data Centre business.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Execution
- Prepare event budgets, timelines, and logistics plans. Coordinate and manage end-to-end events including webinars, conferences, trade shows, product launches, and corporate events, roundtables.
- Negotiate with external vendors, liaise with vendors, venues, speakers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee registration, attendee engagement. Basic technical requirements during event.
- Ensure brand representation and messaging is consistent such as presentation decks, backdrop, EDM, invitation, RSVP.
Leads Management
- PIC for all leads and contacts received from event, custodian on database for all communications.
- Capture leads from events, campaigns, and digital channels using Zoho CRM tools.
- Ensure proper segmentation and tagging of leads for targeted follow-up.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to follow up on leads, qualify prospects, and update CRM.
- Track lead lifecycle and performance metrics to optimize conversion rates.
- Maintain dashboards for lead generation, pipeline, and event performance. Provide actionable insights to improve event and lead management strategies.
Key Competencies
- Basic B2B knowledge. Network and DC industry experience would be an added advantage.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, especially negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) to nurture leads.
- Data analysis and ability to advise management next cause actions.
- Vibrant, positive, can‑do attitude with willingness to learn; while handling multiple tasks.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Good communication and writing skills (English and Bahasa Malaysia).
- Mandarin speaking will be added advantage.
