Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive

Salary: RM4,000 - RM5,500

FWS International Sdn Bhd is a fast-growing uniform company with brands serving schools (Sko-lah), F&B businesses (Dappur), and individuals (The Apron Maker). We are passionate about building meaningful brands and delivering quality, customized uniforms. We’re looking for a creative and organized Marketing Executive to grow our brand awareness, drive online engagement, and support sales efforts across all brands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content & Campaign Management

Plan, create, and schedule content for social media platforms (IG, FB, TikTok, LinkedIn).

Coordinate photoshoots and video production with the creative team or freelancers.

Support execution of digital campaigns including festive sales, product launches, and brand events.

2. Branding & Creative Support

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Develop visuals, banners, brochures, and other marketing assets (with designer or Canva).

Support creative direction for uniform photoshoots and product launches.

Update product listings, website banners, and content on Shopify or other platforms.

Work with web/IT team to improve website user experience.

Monitor social media comments and messages and coordinate responses with the sales team.

4. Market Research & Reporting

Assist in tracking campaign performance and compiling monthly marketing reports.

Research market trends and competitor activities.

Collect customer feedback to improve product and campaign messaging.

Coordinate marketing materials for events, expos, and school fairs.

Support booth setup and on-site lead generation (occasional weekend events).

Work closely with the sales team to align marketing with sales goals.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or branding. Fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome.

Proficient in Canva, basic design tools, and social media platforms.

Strong writing and content creation skills in English (Bahasa/CN is a bonus).

Organized, creative, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Passion for fashion, design, or branding is a plus.
