We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our social media and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage our audience, and drive business growth. Our business is mainly in the hotel and food & beverage sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Create engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories, tailored for promotion of our business to target audiences.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally on all marketing platforms.
- Analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights to improve strategies.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, promotions, and advertisements.
- Manage the company website and ensure content is up-to-date and SEO‑optimized.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with other teams at hotel and restaurants to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Track and report on campaign performance and key metrics.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred but not required; training can be provided.
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent is a plus.
- Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends, guest preferences, and digital marketing is an extra bonus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
